Requirements

• Willing to relocate to South Africa for a contract period (1 – 3 years) or based in South Africa
• Native / Fluent in Swedish (verbal and written), with a good command of English
• Customer-centric
• Available to work shifts (International Call Centre)
• Strong PC literacy

Job Description

• Respond to customer enquiries via chats, calls, social media queries & emails
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Research required information using available resources
• Identify customer needs
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain an up to date customer information system
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
