Kaspersky Security update
Good Day All,
Please ensure as from today YOU SHUTDOWN your workstations completely at the end of the workday. We have found a lot of machines not being shut down last night.
This applies to agents that works remotely as well.
There are 2 very important reasons for this compliance task to be performed:
- We have updated our Kaspersky License and have deployed the new version to all machines, to ensure the new version is deployed correctly the machines needs a re-start;
- Machines that are left on can be exploited and this poses a security risk;
Please note that this is an important RISK task that all employees need to adhere with immediate effect as from today.
