  • Outbound Telesales Open or Close
    We are seeking vibrant and energetic individuals for telesales. Successful applicants will go through an intensive 2 week training period. Candidates must have matric and a clear criminal record.

    Job Requirements:

    • Proven Sales Ability
    • Fluent in English with a good understanding and basic conversational ability in Afrikaans or other traditional African language
    • The ability to consistently reach set targets and maintain service levels
    • Computer Literate – at least a basic knowledge of Windows
    • Keyboard skills – minimum 25wpm (to accurately capture information)
    • Enquiring mind – must automatically question due to the nature of requests
    • Strong telephonic communication skills – must be clear and audible
    • Accuracy in spelling is vital for the effective use of the database
    • Punctual – must be able to get to work at least 15 min prior to start of duty
    • Reliable attendance – must be able to get to the Randburg based Call Centre with ease
    • Presentable as there are regular client visits to the Call Centre.
    • Well-spoken and ability to build relations with clients
    • Ability to comprehend concepts and explain them verbally without visual aids

    • Customer service experience an advantage
    • Matric qualification as a minimum educational requirement
    • Organizes workload to ensure deadlines are met
    • Schedules work assignments in order of priority and date received.

  • Inbound Call Centre Open or Close
    Working hours

    Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 17:00 and Saturdays from 08:00 – 12:00

    Purpose of Job

    To provide information and services to clients that call into the Contact Centre and to upsell product if required.

    Important Experience required:

    • At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Banking • Any experience in dealing with complaints is advantageous

    Job Requirements:

    • Fluent in English as well as Afrikaans. (Fluency in any other official African language is welcomed.)
    • Computer Literate
    • Strong telephonic communication skills – must be clear and audible
    • Flexible in working hours as working Saturdays are an inherent part of the position
    • Punctual – must be able to get to work at least 15 minutes prior to start of duty
    • Reliable attendance – must be able to get to the Randburg based Call Centre
    • Presentable as there are regular client visits to the Call Centre.

    Job Duties:

    • Answer incoming calls within prescribed time frame
    • Handle all enquiries professionally and efficiently
    • Extract and capture accurate information from the caller
    • Log all calls as prescribed by the company’s policies and procedures
    • Work well as part of a team
    • Promote the reputation of both the company and the relevant client
    • Adhere to promise when getting back to the caller with the information requested
    • Respond to email enquiries timeously and effectively
    • Project a friendly, pleasant manner both internally and externally
